Remember the Kershaw Liner Action? It is maybe one of the greatest folders of all time. I regret that it had to go away. With that knife, Kershaw really set the standard for liner locks IMHO. I think the public needs another liner action. I don't mean bring back the old model. I mean, a new straight-forward, plain, simple knife. Now, I've been looking at the new Skyline lately. It has everything that Kershaw is pioneering right now combined with classic lines and what I have to assume will be a fantastic liner lock (I mean, it is a Kershaw, right?). What I'm seeing here is expanding the Skyline to fit in all size ranges. In addition to the initial size offering, add a keychain sized variant that is 3" closed maximum. Also bring out a larger variant, say approaching 5" closed. I really think this knife has the makings to be a fantastic new offering within the market. What do you guys think.
