traded an esee 3 for a bk16...guess what was in the mailbox when i got home????

trying to figure how im gonna mount the esee clip to the kydex sheath and of course i have no any chicago screws laying around....i think i may trim the sheath up and contemplate some mod action MUHAHAHAHA!!
 
Very nice! Congrats! I almost picked up a 16 yesterday. I still may before the week is over.

I've been playing with my new BK11, what a cool big/little knife it is, I like it so much it made me order another BK,,,,,,,,I am waiting for my BK16 to get here. I should have it by weeks end. It looks to be one of the darlings of this forum.

That is an excellent trade up! The ESEE 3 is a fine knife but the 16 is very nearly perfect. I can't think of a better two knife combo than the 16 + 9.

why did yours come so blurry? mine was sharp out of the box. Maybe you should send it back.

I just melt for bowie blades I really love them plus the 17 will compliment my 9 very nicely.
 
Nice blade! I got one about a month ago, added the Micarta scales and a Kydex neck sheath. It is an awesome design, love the balance. the grind needed a little correction, but wasn't a big deal.
 
The keyboard is a razer lycosa and my pc i built myself and i got a great deal on the 16 cause it was blurry lol
 
im using it as a EDC so im thinking about stripping yes, then i want to acid etch it real nice like...but i have never acid etched so i may practice on other things a few times first...
