Okay, I've impulsively arranged a trade for a Leatherman Juice Pro/XE. I don't know a lot about it other than that I like the tool array and size. Who has one? I'd love to hear your reviews or impressions.

I've EDC'd my Juice Pro more than any of my other multitools(Wave, Spirit, SOG, Gerber, etc...) over the last four and a half years that I've had it. It's a bit chunky as compared to the others in the Juice line, but I like having all the implements. It hangs down into my front pocket with a lanyard clipped to a belt loop and works fine for me as a pocket carry instead of sheathed on a belt.

It's really heavy for its size. ALL metal and lots of it. Should last pretty much forever. :)

I gave one to a nephew and decided I better get myself another one. I keep it handy as my "desk" multitool, although now that I got a Skeletool, I tend to reach for that a lot.

The Juice Pro weighs about 5.6 ounces compared to the Wave at 8.6 ounces and Victorinox Spirit at 7.3 ounces. Not a big difference, but when you add that weight in with other things like a cell phone, loaded key chain, flashlight, 'George Costanza' sized wallet, pocket change, handkerchief, pen/notepad, other EDC type things, and of course a pocket knife, you might also have to invest in a good pair of suspenders. :D

Unable to find Juice Pro specs on the Leatherman web site, but 5.6 oz seems light for all that metal. Their current "everything" XE 6 Juice weighs in at 6.7 oz, probably close to the Pro and only fractionally less than the Spirit. This is easily managed by suspending the Juice by dummy cord into a pocket. Competing items for pocket room is more a problem than the weight.

You are correct. :) I had done a quick search for the specs and must have looked at the wrong info. The addition of the tweezers and foil cutter compared with the xe6 is negligible for the weight. Here's a quick check with my scales: 6.7 oz

I just got my Juice Pro today (thanks, Horizon Seeker). It is a cool little tool! It's fit and finish reminds me more of a SAK than a Leatherman, with snappier blades and handles, and the majority of the tools on the outside. It's pretty stout too for a compact/mini multitool.

I'm going to edc it for awhile and see if it bumps my Spirit down a notch on my edc list.
