New Location for Blade Show West

Any thoughts on Blade Show West moving to Salt Lake. On the plus side, like the show management states its pretty knife friendly country. On the down side, it seems inconveniently located for just about everyone in the country. The only way most of us are going to get there is fly for sure.

Living in Salt Lake City I'm for it. Definitely a knife friendly state.

There are no knife shows of any kind here. Which I've never understood. Salt Lake City has hosted many large conventions and also hosted the Olympics in 2002.

I might go, haven't been to a show since 2010. I've lived in Utah 17 years and have never been to SLC, it would be fun.

I'd never bother to go to California for a knife show, though I've been to the state several times and largely enjoyed the hell out of it. And there's no way I'd bother to go to California with a bunch of large, (intentionally) dangerous looking knives. But I've been though the SLC airport several times, and have always wanted to spend some significant time in Utah. I think this could be a good move, though I'm not sure how much the market will really bear beyond Blade Atlanta and Blade Texas.
