New lock side washer for large 21

Just bought a plain Jane large insingo to be user, came perfect and smooth.

I opened her up anyways just to make sure she's greased up good so I don't have to worry about it fir the next 6 month.

Found they use a new washer on the lock side. The show side appears to be the same as before. Here is what it looks like

Bigger cutouts and notches in the circumference are the difference, correct?

Whats the DOB?

I wouldn't know because I don't have the dough to buy them every other month... DOB on my is Feb 17, 2016

I have a small micarta insingo DOB 2014 that has the old rounded one.
