It looks like a Scorpion /Tri-Ad hybrid

Not this lock, the tiger claw karambit. It was first introduced as shown in picture here, you can even find a few youtube videos of the initial version on tradeshow, however the final production version uses the normal Triad lock. It’s a bummer and I hope they they try to make this work again. It will remove the biggest complaints about triad lock, which is that it’s hard to operate one handed, or for people with weak hands.
 
IIRC the Tiger Claw had some early safety issues . Maybe related to this lock ? :confused:

Where did this pic came from? Looks like a brand new lock and judging the pin location it does look like a Tri-add and Scorpion mock-up. Would like to try in some new design :)

I asked Demko on IG about this some time ago why this didn’t make production, he mentioned that this didn’t work well enough. Im assuming because the triad lock spring is strong and the lockbar can sometimes stick, this can be hard to unlock.
I hope they continue to pursue this design because it has a lot of potential imo.

Yeah but this looks like a two hand lock to me.
