Ok, so by looking at the pictures of the Bushwacker, we see a new Busse logo. My question is: Why is there a new Busse logo? My personal preference is for this one:

The new logo is going on Busse's old school designs. We'll see the sabre FSH logo again.

I'm waiting for the return of the spine mark myself.

well, if they change the logo, then you can tell later on what period the knife is from... from one generation to another...

ok, don't think I ever came across the thread, so what is the blade in the logo, a hogfsh?

i have no problem with any of the logos, but i would not mind seeing one of them hog onions that mr. stanly does such a fine job, on stamped a busse blade one day...

The "Old School" logo has shown up on a few knives. Mainly old style blades i.e. HG55, BOSS Street, some Mean Streets from Knob, and now the BWM which is an old pattern design.

I like it better as well. Having the word combat on the blade sometimes gives shep . . . I mean people the wrong idea.

Don't give in to the PC P***ys,keep the combat, keep the tradition!there was a great sporting goods store up here in the PNW called GI Joes,They droped the GI & then went out of business a year or so later.

I like the new logo much better than the old one. It's classier. It always seemed a bit silly to have a picture of a knife on my knives. I also like that the "combat" is no longer on there. Personally, I never use my knives for combat- except against trees and such.

I am loving the looks of the new Bushwacker mistress. I may break down and order one, though I really can't afford it.

I love the newest Busse logo, clean and simple:thumbup:

And with our new GA knife law...can't carry knife made for "offence or defense" I no longer carry a knife with Combat on the blade. I carry a CS Busse. I know that word doesn't make it a combat/fighting knife, but most not in the knife world would think that word would mean it was made for Combat.

+1

The simple "Busse" is not only sheeple friendy but less likely to get you into hot water with the powers that be as a knife made for offense or defense. I hate that we have to consider that factor but, in this day and age, we do.
