New maker. The very first few knives I've made.

Hey guys. I'm a new maker trying my hand at knife making. I've been making leather sheaths for years and have wanted to make knives for years longer. I finally felt like I had enough basic knowledge to get started.

I'm still a little anxious to show what I've made, especially looking at all the beautiful pieces that you all put out, but we all start somewhere right.

So here ya go.

Very first one. 1095 with natural micarta and aluminum pins


My first knife in O1. I call it Mukluk. Walnut scales with aluminum pins.


Second O1 knife. More natural micarta with aluminum pins.

I didn't get all the blemishes out from the HT so that's why there are some esthetic flaws.

The knife I made for me. O1, black micarta, aluminum pins.




Well there they are. My firsts. I would appreciate some honest feedback.

Thanks daizee! I do have a handful that I need to make/finish. I always thought this was just for knives.
