Hi guys on the risk of a semi-commercial post here I have met and formed relationships with several new handmade knife makers who are probably new to the vast majority of us on this forum.

The makers in question are Jerome Anders (Mastersmith David Anders' boy), who works in forged carbon steels and is a diamond in the not-so rough already. Great working knives whose finish gets better everyday.

Chuck Steffen of Minnesota does stunningly nice hunters many in the Loveless style with natural handle materials and top drawer craftmanship. Chuck is a long time knife maker.

Robert Newton is a veteran maker from the Pacific Northwest who makes very nice clean working hunters and great neck knives with top notch kydex work.

What do these three makers have in common - all three have asked me to introduce their work to you folks, all three are offering their knives through me at their shop prices (no markup) as their only dealer and all three represent excellent value with very short turnaround times on handmade custom knives for you.

Please give these guys a look and get your knife(s) ordered before the backlogs grow

Hey all these makers are certainly worth the time to check out. I live very close to Kevin and have got check their blades in person. They are top notch and definitely some blades to consider for any custom collection.

I have Kevin working on a project with Jerome for me. A Forged bird and trout knife. Am looking forward to seeing what they come up with.

If you have not given Kevin's site a look lately -- Now is the time.
