I got my new manix 2 XL today.Perfect blade centering, shaves easily and feels great in the hand.
I am very pleased!

The styling is very spyderco...and the ball lock is very cool. The finishing of the blade in the lock ramp especially is very very fine work.
This is my first Golden Colorado knife and it is excellent.I consider it a huge bargain when the fit, finish and materials are considered.

I am going to enjoy this one for a very long time...

I can't...it keeps asking for a URL.I can't just upload pictures...which is frustrating.I would love to compare the Police 3 G10, the Manix 2XL G10 with my griptillions for size as well as thickness comparison.

Photobucket.

Trust me, if I can do it, ANYONE can.... took me six months to figure it out.

I have one and I was carrying it today, it is becoming one of my favorites. I like the blade shape and the handle fits my hand well. I like the operation of this particular lock type. The knife does take a lot of pocket space which is its main downside.

Good purchase, it will serve you well.
I've had an XL for a quite a while, often carried at work. Always been really happy with it.
It's one of the few Spydies that I feel really needs a deep carry clip, seems to be more comfortable a bit deeper in pocket.

I do not know what photo hosting site you are using but normally when it asks for a url it wants you to copy the link for the picture and paste it.

Thank you.I will try that but it will be more than a week until I post a full review with pics.I'm off to Minnesota to handle my Dad's estate.
Not looking forward to it...

I will be carrying the new Manix!

I only wish the detent spring on the ball were weaker...But opening is ultra fast.I like it a lot and carried it today..and it does take up a ton of pocket!

Of course it is one metric ass-ton of blade so no problemo! The police 3 is much easier in the pocket...but I needed the most epic sub 4 incher for tommorows interstate adventure to Minnesota....1200 miles...straight thru.Thank goodness for B12!!!!
