My latest acquisition. This was one of the customs sold at blade show.. It just took me a little while to get the deal together and take pictures.
This blade is very nice! The fit and finish is damn near flawless. No more F-you pocket clip and this one is solid distressed titanium. It doesn't show any scratches or dings, perfect for EDC use! It is heavy which is something I like a lot. It fires VERY HARD. Almost dangerous... again I love it! lol
At first I didnt really like stonewash finish. Now that I have a custom I can see that the stonewash finish used on Marfione customs is much more reflective / glossy looking. The production knives with stonewash finish look like they have more of a matt finish.
I love the torched titanium back strap and the blued firing button. This knife really is nice. It is not the EXACT custom I wanted but from what they had at blade show I like this one a lot and I am very grateful that I got a chance to own one. They did not make many of these custom Killswitch DOCs in titanium.
I do want an ANAX though.. But the prices are just crazy right now.. I mean that knife is not supposed to be a crazy high priced custom. Thats one of the reasons why the Anax is so cool! I want a Select Fire custom even more but they are not making them any more and they are hard to come by!
