New Matriarch Configuration?

So over the past year I've collected multiples of both versions of the Matriarch II and a PE Lil' Matriarch as well as the normal SE version. When I saw that spyderco was releasing a black coated version of the waved configuration I knew I would be buying several. Anyone else love the Matriarch design as much as myself? And does anyone have any info on the release date of the black version?
