Just wanted to say hello, to some fellow knife-freaks. I just discovered this site and I must admit that it looks great. I myself has been into knives since I was six-years old when my father bought me my first knife. A german lockback of some kind. Most of my collection consists of Buck-knives, I recently got my first Busse (my username).

I am looking forward to some great discussion about knives!

How cool is that, you pick a BF handle for one of your knives and one of the first people to welcome you is Da' Man himself?

I've been here a long time and I'm still impressed.
 
I was just commenting to a friend last night about how great it is to be able to communicate with so many high profile people in the knife world, and it's like you're just hanging out shootin' the breeze with a buddy.

Jerry I will make sure to drop by later. I had no idea that there was so many knife-manufacturers present on this forum, it is great to meet the people behind the knives. I have just emailed Jerry Hossom about a custom-job. Is he also hanging out here?

Outlaw, welcome there's a lot to read and a lot to learn, but than again there are lots of great people out here, so I'd expect no less.:D
 
Welcome is right....I havent poked my head around here in the last month or so, but with all the knowledge this place packs (minus myself), you will have no problems getting what you need answered.

This place always has some nice people, friendly tones (usually :) ), and a few suprises that can put a smile on your face.
