Hello to you all! I have been told many a good thing about this forum and finally decided it was time to join up. Im a young working man from the south Kentucky countryside with a thing for guns and blades. I just recently started getting more seriously into knives and learning more about them, somewhat spurred on by the gun industry going as nuts as it has in the past few years and things getting so dang expensive.

Anyways, here I be and I hope that you guys can share with me a little of your wealth of knowledge and maybe point me in the right direction for a knife newbie such as myself to proceed.

Welcome to BF. I live about 3 hours East of Russel Springs, Lake Cumberland is a nice place to visit.

What kind of knives are you interested in, and currently own?
 
Hello to you both and thank you. Good to see a fellow Kentuckian Justice. My collection is small as of now, the better knives include a Gerber ASEK, SOG SEAL pup, Benchmade SOCP Dagger, CRKT Heiho, CRKT Shinbu, and a Kershaw JYD. Shinbu is the newest and current most handled lol, I didn't know just how much I liked Kwaiken style knives. Hoping to add some of the work of the knife makers here to the collection.
