Hey guys! New member here. Just wanted to say hello. I'm new knife enthusiast and my girlfriend is turning into one too! I have a BM Adamas 375 and Mini-Grip and I'm looking to get a few more knives once I'm back to work.

Welcome! I'm about 20-25 minutes outside of far NE Philly myself.
 
Out of what I currently have, I'd have to say my Zero Tolerance 0561.
