hey all. . .name's mike. . .ive always liked knives, but never to the extent of having a big collection. . .ive purchased a few here and there at local knife shops, but more for an edc, not for collecting. . . .anyways after reading some posts here on this forum, i think i got bit by the "bug". . .the "ZT" one at that. . .i still dont own a ZT but im pretty sure ill be picking one up after some research. . .

anyways. . .i recently picked up this ken onion boa on ebay. . .sad story coming up (but with a happy ending)
i actually owned a ken onion boa, purchased about 10 years ago. . .it fell victem to the infamous "pocket clip catching on something and pulling it out of my pocket" about 2 years ago. . .after that, started carrying my benchmade for a couple of years and thought it was time to purchase a new edc. . .first picked up a kershaw blur s30v. . .then after feeling the kershaw again, i decided to look for a boa. . .found this one on ebay, put in some bids, won, just delivered yesterday. . .

enjoying the site so far. . .lots of info. . .thanks again everyone in advance. . .heres a pic with my ken onion boa with one of my real boas. . . .and a few other knives iv bought or aquired. . .

thanks for the welcome all. . . boa constrictors and photography are a couple of my other hobbies. . . now I think I'm gonna add this knife thing under my belt. . . . it's cheaper than boas and camera gear. . . thanks again. . .
