Hey all,
jus thought i'd intro myself. I've always loved knives and so I just am beginning to collect. I remember drooling over the spydie Worker and Police models 20 yrs ago but not having enuff money for anything except the ladybug. Well my ladybug broke finally after about 20 years use. I got a nice little Jester for a christmas present from my boys, and that rekindled my desire to collect.
Soooo... please check out my wanted list in WTB section. I want to immediately jumpstart my collection. So far I have a manix 83mm and a BobLum C46PTI.

Looking forward to learning form some of the seasoned collectors here.

[snicker] My first Spyderco was a Ladybug also, received as a gift after I mentioned I might like a Spyderco Endura for Christmas. I still have my Ladybug, an Endura, and about two-hundred other knives.

I want to immediately jumpstart my collection.
Looking forward to learning form some of the seasoned collectors here.

My advice is not to rush to seriously being "collecting," but buy and use knives of every sort, get a good varied Accumulation going, and then specialize in one particular knife that you've grown attached to.
