Hey everyone, thought I would post an intro before I started posting.
N Alabama native, currently in Atlanta.
I have a modest knife collection, mostly CASE XX knives. My Dad first got me into collecting knives, coins, and guns. Right now anything I buy will probably have to be for use.
I've carried a Kershaw Storm II with a combo edge for a couple of years and it has been an awesome knife for me. Unfortunately, I believe it is lost (probably at work) and I need to replace it.:sorrow: I tried finding another one, but I would have to spend more on a blem model than I did my new one.
I'm hoping to get a replacement soon, but it is hard to pick a knife without being able to inspect it in person. I usually do an excessive amount of research before buying something like a nicer knife or pistol. I've been researching knives and whenever I search '...vs....' or ..... knife reviews you can guess which forum keeps popping up.
While I like collecting knives, I would also like to learn how to make them as well.
