Hello all! Im new here but not new to knives. Ive been a collector, dealer, and a knife making hobbyist for nearly 30 years. I have a lot of knowledge about knives including steel types, production techniques, etc. Not as much in the way of actual knife making experience however which is something id like to learn here. Basically, i just love great knives. So i thought id begin my first post with some pics of my current edc. Its a Bradford Guardian 3 Wharnie in Bohler M390. Ive had it briefly and its great! I modded the handle as follows: I didn't like the spanner but to remove the handle scales and wanted to be able to remove the scales with my leatherman phillips screwdriver. So to accomplish this, i epoxied the female ends of the chicago screws into the non show side with 2 ton epoxy to hold them permanently, then i can use standard phillips screws on the other side so all i need is my leatherman to remove the handles. Overall i love the knife, i wish the choil was a bit a bigger as the edge tends to nick my index finger a bit but other than that no complaints. Kydex sheath has a modified Spyderco G clip setup for appendix carry.
