New member needs info please

Hello people, thanks for having me here...
I have a custom knife that I took in trade awhile back and I would like to get some info if possible.
It is a Leonard Corlee fighting knife and it has some pretty different scales on it, I've been told that they are "Walrus penis bone" are they jerking me around?
Any info on this knife would be greatly appreciated...

I cant find much on the maker or his knives, can anyone point me in the right direction. I.E. Qulaity, Quantity, Value, Availability...
