I'm new here and I've just ordered a knife from Hideaeway Knives.I'm really looking forward to getting it.Anybody out there have any experience with these?Looks like a great idea.This is the first knife of this kind I've ever bought.Any info would be great.Thanks.

Welcome to Bladeforums! I own a Hideaway (straight/Ken Brock) and I can tell you its well worth the wait. Well made, very sharp, handy and small. I really like mine. Which one did you order? Hope this helps.

Nice choice! If the sheath is already made, you'll wait 2 wks at the most. Much longer if the sheath is not made. I waited over a month, and well worth it. Enjoy!

I think I saw some fairly large curvy blanks come in a few days ago. Not sure on the sizes, but it won't hurt to ask

Yeah, I looked at them. Looked like a first-class outfit, great concept. I was going to get one, but they're a little prohibitive in price for someone of my income, thought not outrageous.
