I just joined when I found this site while I was registering a knife on Lion Steels web site. This is just what I've been looking for as a newbie. I've had a think for good pocket knives for years but have just started collecting some higher end knives the last 2 years. I had no idea there were so many other nuts out here like me, ha..I can't get enough on sharpening right now.
Somebody tell me how you post pictures or do you have to be a paid member ?

To post a photo as a registered member, upload the photo to a hosting service such as Photobucket. Then copy the web address of the photo and paste it into your post. Then wrap it in the correct BBS code like this:

Thanks for the feedback, I have an account with a few photo sites but I need to start offer or pay attention to what I'm doing. Recently shot a bunch of pictures for some pocket blades I was thinking of selling on eBay but there're such a rip by the time you pay off the fees your left with next to nothing for a nice knife.
I've got some other things to sell also but I don't like Craigs list because I don't want strangers coming to my new home (trailer) Recently moved from South Florida to Arizona to help out my aging parents.
I'm open to any suggestions as being new and a bit overwhelmed with the move..How's KnifeDogs and is this a good spot to meet some guys to feel a part of something...I know it is, it's just that I left so much behind in W.P.B. and it's tough starting over at 60 something !

Posting is free on Bladeforums, and you can be a registered member and buy stuff. However, to sell stuff on BladeForums you must have a gold level paid membership or better. Take a look around the place. Hang out a bit in the discussion forums, look at the sales forums, and see what you think.
