I have been following for years....and finally joined. After finishing focusing on my rifles for the last few years, I pulled out my small collection of simple knives and took interest again in it. The ones I had I've kept around for 30 plus years mol. Then I picked up a few more for fun this year. You would not probably give a shake to the simple inexpensive knives I own....but I have grown to develop a renewed interest.....finding myself relearning my sharpening skills with a an Arkansas stone and buying knives for which I have no earthly purpose other than fulfilling my bucket list. Don't laugh....I already know what you are thinking........but I just received as gifts 2 UC Hibbens knives which probably cost around $50/piece are my latest ooh-aah conversation pieces (5025 and 5027-actually nice for the money though utilizing 7Cr17). I've also recently picked up a Puma stag skinner,Mora Companion, Kershaw folders likt OSO Sweet and both versions of Tremor and the Ontario Knives Red Jacket Firearms folder (beautiful). I have 2 old mint Buck 110's and an Omni 12 pt folder, Katz55Solingen, Santa Fe Stoneworks damascas folder, Cold Steel Outdoorsman Lite, Kershaw Antelope II and a variety of other turqoise small folders I've picked up along the way. Anyways......I just wanted to say hi and I'm here to share and learn and get acquainted with fellow enthusiast.
