Just want to introduce myself to the forum. I’m a new knife maker, out here in Utah. I’ve learned tons from your contributions, especially how to spend my money! I’m including a pic of my best knife to date. It’s 1095 steel with sandblast / acid etch finish. I made the handle material and mosaic pin. Critique welcomed. Thx for letting me be apart of the Community!

Love that color and design on the handle. I like that the blade doesn’t look too dark. What finish is that? It looks modern yet classic.

Thank you! Handle is Alumilite with glow powder. I sand blasted the blade, then FC etch followed by a light sand with a high grit.
