So I have been reading learning and watching for a while trying to decide if this was for me. I bought some minor tools like files, grinder ,drill press, 1x30 grinder to see if I liked this enough to drop the 3000 for a real grinder. Well I am hooked. I made my first knife and love doing it. Wife hates it but oh well. Learned a lot from my first one. Still need to finish polishing bolsters but wow how much I learned from doing one. And of course reading threads here and some of my fave you tubers Walter Sorrells being one of them. Can’t wait to really get into it.

the others are some 1084 steel I have started working and will heat treat myself. So much more than you think to doing this but man is it fun.

Nice job!!! My first knife project didn’t look that nice. Walter Sorrels really knows his stuff and he does a great job explaining himself as well.
