New Membership Enrollment

Hi,

I have a friend who wants to join Bladeforums. I sat down with him at the computer, thinking it would be easy. But, darned if I could find an icon or link to click on for him to enroll. Can someone point me in the right direction?

The forums now has adds on it, so if you log out....
You should see the line at the top were it says - up grade your user experience

That should let the new guy sign up?

He should do this on his own computer? For different IP address???
