new mid-size design.

This is a new mid sized design, 5.5 inches of blade with a very fully size handle. 5.25 inside length on the handle. This particular one is for a customer with larger hands, who does a fair amount of hunting and fishing and wanted a field knife that was a bit less "bushcraft" and a bit more western.

Simple construction, as is my normal style- ipe scales, stainless tubing pins, and .118 15N20 steel with a differential temper. The flats are left forge finished, rubbed with 400 and 600 grit to neaten everything up. Grind is a light convex, almost scandi, with a fine edge.

3 light filework notches along the drop edge to index on.

Sheath is made by me, ranger style with a concho added on for a bit more effect.
