Well i finally have my hands on my new military, uncoated blade, digi camo g-10 handles, s30v, plain edge. when i first opened it and handled it all i could think was "this thing is effing big." lol! but i wanted a bigger knife and the fit and finish of this thing is amazing. the only thing i noticed is something ive read about them is that my blade is not centered when closed. from what ive read this means absolutely nothing other than a cosmetical flaw. doesnt affect the function of this blade. so no worries about that here. unfortunately my camera is charging so the pics will have to wait! thank you spyderco for making this badass knife!

You do know they shrink, right? ;) When you first open the box, it's huge. Once you've carried it for a week, it is a perfectly normal sized knife (and you have a Delica on your keychain :D)
 
oh dont get me wrong. i love the size. lol! it longer than my primary fixed blade (rc-4) in the woods! lol! this is a beast of a knife and i couldnt be happier! plus the g-10 handles are my favorite color...camo!
 
Ya when I got my first military I thought the same thing. But now its like the perfect size! It fits in my pocket like a glove and its a great knife. Enjoy it.
 
It's a great knife, the reason the blade isn't centered is due to the pressure of the liner lock on the blade when closed.

Yab speaks the truth. After having a millie everything else seems tiny. Carry it for a week then pick up a mini grip. You'll wonder how people even cut with the thing. :D
