New Mini-CQC7

Well, I got home from work today and there it was ! A box with the Emerson delivery label on it.

I ripped that box to pieces, and there it was. My new Mini-CQC7 delivered all the way from CA, USA to Essex, England in 6 days.

I went for the 50/50 serrated version, satin blade, black handles (model Mini-B) so that it goes along with my Waved model for my collection. This one is numbered #077.

Just like the rest of the Emerson line it's fit and finish are superb ! Then my wife came in and found me sitting on the floor, pieces of box and packaging everywhere, and me with this silly grin on my face (you all know the one I mean) snapping open the blade over and over again.

What does eveyone else think of theirs ? You have all ordered one, haven't you ?

Hey, DD! Congrats on the mini! I know that silly grin - got it when I first got my SOFCK, my COmmander, and again when I got the SOCFK back from Kevin.

I haven't gotten the mini-7... yet. LOL

Congrats dd. I have a question, is the Mini CQC7 a knife you order directly from EKI?

What is the approximate price?

I know am rather new around here for posting but I have learned a lot from all the Usuals just perusing.

As far as I know, it can only be brought directly from Emerson knives.

List price on my one (Tanto blade, 50/50) was $129.

And keep enjoying yourself here, there is more to learn than you can imagine and a lot of friends to make !

Waiting for the unserrated version. The only serrated Emerson I like is the SARK! I wish the SOCFK was available unserrated also!

Ditto here, Bud. I'm beginning to wonder if Ernie got a sweetheart deal on a serrating wheel, or something. What's the beef against nice, plain blades?
