Perfect compliment to the full size. I find the original wasp to be a very capable and stout Gerber Mk II, but it's not the best edc SD or back up.

This one would be right at home in the boot or tucked in a belt out of sight.

I'll be snapping one of these up sooner or later. The Wasp isn't that good of a cutter nor is it it ment to be, so making it more concealable for defensive work makes sense. The full size one would be handy if one were transported back in time to WWII and they needed to take our Nazi sentries ;)
 
The micarta grip is certainly nice but it sure did raise the price! I could buy two of the standard model for the price of one of these. But who am I kidding I will get one eventually.
