Second pic reminds very much of italian coutryside. Where did you take it ?

Sandro,

When my family came here in the late 1800's from Italy they settled in that valley. It is called the Valley of the Moon and the town is Kenwood.

That house was built in the 1860's and was the house my great aunt Rose lived in when my dad use to visit her when he was a boy.

My dad bought it from her for $1,400 in 1955.:D

That photo was taken from the front porch.

Looks great. This is where I lived till some years ago. Now moved to a flat in the same area.

That is a nice spot:cool:  Much of Italy does look like this place.

But this valley is tiny. From the base of those hills in my photo to the hills behind the house -that mark the other side of the valley- isn't 4 miles.

Congrats on your new mistress Tony!!!

Looks right at home up there in wine country.

Beautiful, beautiful, Tony! I was up that way a few years back with my best friend...a week to remember! Love the house, the country, and the new mistress! :)

Our families have much in common. :)

That's a great knife ... but, mostly, your pictures remind me that I miss northern California. It's truly a beautiful place.

A part of you never leaves the place where you were born. :)

Lucky Bastid! Mistress....Wine country....your own house with a mistress in the wine country!!! Wow bro....it's rough being you huh?:p

I wish I was in Sonoma this weekend for the NASCAR race! I heard it was 100 degrees though, too hot!
