I feel like standing by the mail box and it's hard to concentrate on work...:o
 
My snakewood Mnandi is one of the few knives I bought in a retail store. I can imagine it would be hard to wait for! It's a great knife.
 
It's a bummer when the excitement turns to dissapointment when you find the blade has some significant scratches that weren't mentioned by the previous owner...
 
Couple of options. If it is a user knife don't worry, use it, and enjoy. You can send it to the Chris Reeve spa and negotiate with the previous owner to maybe split the costs. It will come back looking like a new knife. Either way it is a great knife that will be a joy to own.

Seller is great and is willing to pay for the spa treatment. :thumbup:
