would it be.

We know it is 9" of saber-toothed rat steel.... beyond that what would you guys prefer with regard to handle material, grind, edge geometry, etc.... etc... etc...

For me...:D

9" satin SR101 .20 thickness
Old-school Rat micarta scales (yeah.. the nice ones...)
full flat grind
Wicked air-bleeding convex edge

How 'bout you guys...

You have good taste. I'd like to see something along those lines also.

Your suggestions sound good. I would like to see:
- 9.5" satin SR-101 blade, 0.2" thick
- clip point with swedge
- micarta OR G-10 option
- flat grind

9 inches of competition grade SR101 clip point and scalloped spine with micarta slabs and a sheath for < $200

YES! But I would love to see a machete-shaped blade (could this be the hallowed Ratchete?). Lainhart designed a 9.5" jungle machete with a bird's-beak pommel, I have one in ATS-34 and it's great but in SR-101 it would be AMAZING.

This thread is now completely irrelevant!

Thanks ERIC...
