I just put this one in the mail to a customer yesterday and wanted to share the pictures.

Specs are:

Blade: 3 5/8" tip to front of bolster, Chad Nichols Iquana pattern, mirror polished then blued, rope pattern filework down the spine
Frame: .063 6ALV titanium, fileworked around with "v's and circles", anodized gold
Bolsters: Chad Nichols explosion, mirror polished and blued
Backbar: Round saw blade steel, rope filed on top, v's and circles on bottom, blued, my name is inside on the bottom, I use this steel because it reacts well to bluing, it is a nice rose color
Scales: Creamy white mammoth ivory, fluted, black liners underneath
Screws: SS, heat colored gold
OAL Open: 8 3/4"
Thumbstud: SS polished with ivory inlay

Thanks for looking

That's a beautiful knife. I really like the combination of materials, and that is very classy filework.

Does Chad Nichols have a website (couldn't find one)? If not, is there another website where someone can see the different patterns he makes, and get pricing? Is it possible to get contact info for him?

Keith, both Chad and David are good friends of mine. Chad is a very talented steelmaker and has great prices. His email is chadn28@hotmail.com. His phone#s should be on his website. I was just telling him yesterday he need to join us over here at BladeForums.
