New Model of Folder sheath

Here is a new model folder sheath, the knife is a ZT 0300 series.
It is my minimalist approach to a folder sheath, it can only be made in a horizontal configuration, the only mode of carry is a paddle, there is no hardware but it is very slimline and very concealable and more sheeple friendly in that it does not draw your attention like a standard folder sheath because it follows the belt line.
I don't know how to classify the retention though, the knife is locked within the sheath until the tab is pressed releasing the knife to deploy.
I know that all of my forum brothers do not agree with carrying a folder in a sheath, with that said I welcome my before mentioned forum brothers to comment on the design and lend the valuable input that a community of experts can.

Thanks to all in advance for taking the time to look and comment.

So a belt slides thru it? Could you slide it on a pair of suspenders & hang it vertically? What's the 'V' or 'M' shape on the back for? Decoration? How comfortable is it when you sit back in a chair or driving? Is there anything to scratch/tear a leather or cloth seat? I assume you would remove the clip? Over-all looks practical to me.

Big Barn:
It works in the same fashion as the paddle on a pistol holster, just insert the paddle over your pants/belt, the paddle is formed to conform to the body so it is very comfortable even when setting in a chair or the drivers seat of your car.
The V shape in the back is to grab on to the pants to keep it from coming free to be lost/stolen, to take the sheath off the pant the user rotates the sheath to the vertical (to keep the V from grabbing the pant) and it will slide free.
I wear mine every day and it does not damage chair or car seats.
