Got a new MT LCC last weekend, haven't had a chance to post about it yet. I got an older model NIB, it was made in 9/2001, which is kind of cool in and of itself. The blade is 154CM and is pretty sharp, although not as sharp as my Al Mar SERE. I always had my eye on one of these as I thought they looked really cool. It was a little stiff in the beginning, but I adjusted and lubed it and the knife is smoother. Another nice knife from MT, I have their SOCOM Manual and SOCOM Elite Auto, and all their products are top notch. I may pick up an Amphibian down the road.

Good luck with the LCC.:) When it first came out, it created a major-league stir in knife circles, especially for the price ($150). It was actually available for around $140 from online dealers. I think it's still available in various configurations.

The only beef I have with MT are it's somewhat "screwy" marketing practices. The products themselves are top rate. The Amphibian is a real winner, as far as I'm concerned.

I paid $135, but the online sites I have seen are charging well over $150. I guess they raised their rates! I always wanted one of these, so I was pumped to finally get one.

If you think the LCC manuals are cool, just add $50 and get a D/A model!:D:D:D: Looks identical to the manual (except the back profile) and holds a neat surprise that only you will know about. Check out the Automatic forum for more info.
