Hey Andy,
I REALLY need a nessy to match the Woodsman I just picked up from KSF. Any time line on a run of these? I have you say your Nussmuk's with the unfinished upper spine are near perfect looking; if it performs as well as the Woodsman, it is sure to be a winner.
I have stopped using my kitchen knives for a while and yesterday my wife commented, "What, aren't our kitchen knives good enough?" To which I had to inform her that no, they really aren't. Besides, how else am I to get a good patina on the blade if I don't use the hell out of it. Cutting limes for Pad Thai last night helped a lot along that road.
