New Nylon Scales

I recently received 2 sets (one red and one black) of 91mm nylon scales I ordered. This is the second time I've ordered from your site and I'm very happy with your shipping time. But I am curious about the scales I just received. They do have the Victorinox Shield imprint. They are clean of any marking. I really don't care as one set is being put on my EDC Tinker and the other is being saved for my next flea market find. Just curious if this is the way they will be coming now or did these just slip by QC?

the ones with no shield are actually way more rare. nylon scales are usually used only on the eco sak and also for the advertising sak. the eco feature the shield, the advertising sak get usually printed on either side of the scales and then the reverse side get the logo on. so non logo scales, especially in less common eco scales colors like blue, black and white are rare, then red and red is also used by the eco sak with shield.

the nylon scales offer more grip, are way less scratch resistant, can be printed on with advertising well but cant be easy engraved, the shiny cellidor scales are engraved well but are slippery and scratch way easy. the nylon are non plus scales and the cellidor are plus in many colors.
