Not the best photos but at lest you can see the first of these Great knives to come.....You are what you swing....OCYRUS
I put this up for Ocyrus because I have known him for many years. In fact I have known him all of his life. I wish him well with this project.:)
 
IMHO, the handle set-up and latch look exactly like the S.W.A.T. Tiger made with the hard anodized aluminum.......... I do like the blade style and execution. The more, the merrier, I like to say! ;)
 
Yes those are swat handles, But they will not be on the knives. I only used them to hold this blade for a photo. More photos soon these are better than none. Cant be seen but this blade is very high polished, thickness .187- Blade is slightely point heavy she moves smooth as silk. Steel is ATS-34,Cyro-treated-305-.. then Double heat treated. It rocks out at 61-true. Handles will be 303.stainless With Ivory linen micarta inlay. They will be lachless. Yes they are double pin but they will be full spine as well. Blade keeps thickness to tip of blade this one you can really lift them off the ground with.Blades ride on bearings and are adjustable-removeable..............Need input any ideas please say.Damascus to follow soon also hand rubbed finish.....YOU ARE WHAT YOU SWING....OCYRUS..;)
 
Dont know as of yet-T.B.A.- I can tell you this Ocyrus will be a must have piece. I an looking at every aspect of this knife.They will be perfect in every way. .......OCYRUS......YOU ARE WHAT YOU SWING.....;)
 
I like the way the blade looks. In fact I think SWAT should invest in a new blade.

  I agree ... while I prefer a 4" to a 5", I love my SWAT's except for the blade profile.

Man, does this thing sound neat enough or not.....micarta insert stainless handles, latchless, SCHWEEEET!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

 I think we'd all like to see a substantial 3"-3.5" bladed bali.......and different blade styles. The latest materials and treatments are a plus,too. Whatever you do, KEEP 'EM COMING!:D :cool: :D

Hell Steve, I'm always excited! From the sounds of things, the next few weeks, or months, are going to maybe be more than an old man can take!!!!!! Where's my nitro pills.........;).......Ocyrus', Gemini's, Dobruski's, Monarch's, Spyderco's, Benchmade's, Perrin's,...........................:eek: :D :eek:..........What a way to go!!!
 
I like it alot! It looks like a very fine blade indeed. I would be (if there where) in line!

I thought I was crazy when I suggested some type of bearing for a bali, but it seems my insanity was justified. :D
