New "Old School" survival knife (ML Hudson Bay)

OK, Matt just finished up another Hudson Bay for me (ML Knives). HAD to post this somewhere. I thought it was stunning.

Hudson Bay knife with aged bone handles and hammer marked blade.

I really like the mountain man period knives and functionality. I don't see this one lacking in either!!! Yes she is a bit large, but we are going to spend a lot of time together!! I know, I know, not the most practical knife. Not for the ounce counters. Not the most politically correct to have a 9" blade on the belt, but wow am I excited to get my mitts on it!!

I love your Hudson Bay knife. Matt does really great work. I think I have aorund 25 knives that I have purchased from him. I guess I need to have to him make me a Hudson Bay knife. Anyway I hope you enjoy it.

Ooooh, now you got me thinking!!! I have one of Matt's hatchets.... Will get a picture of the two together when it arrives.

But a hawk would sure be nice!!!!
