Our local Army Surplus is going out of business after 60 years. Saturday I noticed some green head, 4 pound Dayton pattern Council tool axes on 36 inch curved handles. I went back today and found 2 with my good grain orientation and good handles. Both have nice grinds on the head. They were marked 29. 99 but everything in the store is now 30% off so I got them for $21 each if anyone is close to Springfield Missouri they have 4 of them left.
