The only sebenza I had until now is a large inlaid, I love using that knife, but I wanted one a bit smaller and could use a bit rougher without worrying about messing it up. So I got a small 21, great little knife, and wow, alot smaller than the large. Looks like it'll work out nicely. Same as all the others but I'm gonna post a pic anyway. :p

ETA: I've read the inlaid models come alot smoother opening out of the box, but this plain 21 is just as smooth as my inlaid.
ETA2: This knife has a manufacture date of April 4th, 2013, only 18 days old.

That's the beauty of CRK knives--they look better in their work clothes anyway!

I sure hope the plain looks better in work clothes than my inlaid does. The camera doesn't capture it, but, damn, it's looking rough. Not the wood just the blade and some places on the titanium

I'm glad that I'm not the only one with remorse when using an inlaid.
That's why I got myself a Insingo.

Thank you. I wouldn't really call it remorse, I just wanted something I could clean a critter, or fix dinner with then wash off in a creek, that sorta thing. Even though I use my inlaid for woods(bushcraft, oh the horror) tasks, I don't wanna get that down and dirty with it.

Get a large or small insingo? I was eyeballing those, but I really like the standard sebenza blade shape, seems to be good for all around utility.

ETA, few more thoughts about the sebbie: Now that I have the small and have played with it a bit I'm glad I went with the large first. Looking at the specs you cant tell how much larger it really is, its a big beefy knife in comparison. If I didn't already know how great sebenzas are and got a small, I would've been underwhelmed to say the least.

Not saying I don't like the small, on the contrary, it's freaking great, but between it's weight of 3 ounces and small profile it could make you think "I paid WHAT? for THIS?!" lol. Ok, enough rambling.
