Got this one finished up and on its way today. ...Looking forward to getting my new saw in later this Spring and then getting back to producing these on a regular basis!

thats nice(drooling) i just got to fire mine up for the first time last weekend and beat up some steel. it was nice. ill be in knoxville in june, stock up on supplies! lol

Whatcha got all that cotton stuffed in there for? :D

Sorry, couldn't resist. Sounds like a great newbie question though don't it? One I might have even asked myself a few years ago.

If I ever get that place in the country, and get into forging, you'll be hearing from me!

Darren,

That ROCKS!

Question: The burner looks like a 2" to 1" bell reducer and a 1" pipe going into the forge. What diameter is the pipe that is actually welded to the forge shell?

Thanks,

John

The guys in customs will love to see this come through. Hopefully the inspector that looks at it knows what a forge is!

It's mine all mine!!!! Muhahahahaha. I'm so excited my teeth hurt. Seriously Darren has been a total champ with this. I honestly cannot recommend him enough. Thank you kind sir. Thank you.....goodnight!

Hi Guys, thanks for the feedback, it means a lot to me!

Anthony, good eye! I included extra Inswool for relining and the most convenience place to put it was inside the forge! In retrospect, I should have used it as packing material outside of the forge instead of filling up the box with empty boxes like I did! :)

John, since I offer the option of a Forced-air burner or Venturi burner I make the burner inlet tube large enough to accommodate a stainless steel burner flare, hence, it's 1.5" schedule 80...thick wall to allow threaded holes for bolts to hold the burner in place.

Mike, I look forward to meeting you in June. I hope the convention isn't the same weekend as Blade, else we'll be in Atlanta!

Keith, Thank you kind sir! I look forward to seeing what you do with that surprise we included in the second box! :)

:)

Thanks Darren. I like the schedule 80 idea. I could tell it was quality by the photo, but it's nice to know you're adding those extra touches.
