I made this one for David Darom's book.The core is Turkish ribbon and twisted star on the cutting edge, bone handle and mokume gane fittings.
Blade materials : core 4340X1020, cutting edge 52100X1070,

I really like that !!
The mokune fittings really set it off, would of taken yo awhile to get the symetry right. Plain bone always looks good.
