New orange Dodo arriving this weekend!!

I'm pretty excited. I managed to purchase a bnib dodo from one of the members here. I've always wanted to try a dodo since the first time I saw it! I'm not as lucky as you guys in the states. No instant gratification! When I order a knife, I might have to wait up to a month to actually get my hands on it! But it looks like the dodo will finally be landing this weekend. I hope i like it! I want to carry the thing and rotate it with my dragonfly as my smaller blade. Ok, that's enough. This is a pretty meaningless post, just sharing my excitement over a new knife! But I am happy to hear any good dodo stories from any owners or fans to help pass the time. :D
 
Hey, congrats! It's a cool design, but one of the few that doesn't fit my hand at all!

Orange will be a good color for you, hard to lose.
 
Where in this big world are you? Obviously not in Nebraska based off of your posts. Oh and the Dodo is a wacky, cool little blade.
 
An orange Dodo was one of my grail knives. I finally found one on here and really enjoyed it. The ergo is great and the appearance is just funky cool. As an EDC it never made it into my daily rotation and I eventually traded it off.

I regretted it almost immediately and after a year of crying over it I just bought a carbon fiber Dodo to replace it. I should have it by early next week and I'm excited as hell.

Keep in mind Gringo that it isn't a perfect EDC due to the blade shape but give it a chance and I really think you'll like it.
