New Orleans Custom Knife Makers

Greetings Everyone, I am new to the forum and for my first question I'd like to know if there is a list of custom knife makers that are in New Orleans available. I'll be there at the end of the month and I try and buy a handmade knife from each place I visit while on vacation. My preference is to be able to meet the knife maker but not necessary.

Any help would be appreciated!
