After reading many posts I decided on the 4 for a number of reasons, most from what I have seen and read here in BF. The 4 came extremely sharp and I really like the traditional look of the leather sheath. I tried making my first “fuzz stick”, or whatever they are called, in my garage when I first got home last night and after a second I think I have it figured out, sort of. I am going to work on it and other stuff more this weekend when I have more than 5 minutes.

Thanks ESEE for making me feel good about this decision as I was looking at 3 other knives with the ESEE being the most inexpensive and I feel really satisfied with the purchase. Only down side is now I want an Izula II for fishing/ in camp tasks. I was concerned the 4 was going to be too big but I think the size is perfect.

I will mention that Dale at the TKC was responsive and shipped the item quick.

Hey nice purchase.......fixed it for ya...

Awesome! The more I see the DT knives the more they grow on me. Thank you for sharing the pic. Oh, and the Izula II is a great knife. I've had one now for a little over a week and I have used it for almost anything that would require a blade. Its a great little knife as well.

i got the same one and i love it too. the DT color is nice, love the canvas micarta. wish i could get canvas scales for my 6

Cool knife. I was in a similar position, deciding between a 6 and two other similar knife. I went with the 6 and couldn't be happier. I can't wait for it to warm up a little so I can go outside and use.
