I have been trying out different sheath options for my Becker's lately but I think I have found my favorites. I'll keep it short and to the point.

The first one is a leather sheath from Skystorm for my 7. I really like the fit and carry of this sheath. It sits well at the base of my back and doesnt get in the way of a pack or sitting down. Fit is snug, no chance of the knife falling out and no rattling about. The sheath also comes with a nice firesteel. This is a very well made sheath that I highly recommend.

The second sheath is a kydex taco sheath from Azwelke for my 9. I like this sheath for its simplicity and outstanding finish. You can see the amount of effort Al puts into these when you hold it in hand. I left the tek lok off so its easy to slip in my back waistband and head out quick. The other benefit of Al's sheaths is the ease of one hand release. If you like kydex, talk to Al.

Thanks for looking!

I need to get in touch with Al about a sheath for my nine. I love that.

I stared at that thread for many many moon, finally pulled the trigger and I couldn't be happier. I am not a huge kydex fan but Al makes it right.

I also forgot to mention that dealing with both of these guys was very pleasant. Excellent communication and prompt shipping. Couldn't ask for more.

Those are both sweet sheaths SleepyBadger. Makes me want to get out to the shop and get something going for the new BK7.

I keep seeing the vertical leather bands on these sheaths, stupid question but are those so the knife may be carried "scout"? Oh and very nice by the way.

Thanks for the kind words! I am very happy you like it!
Very nice leather sheath BTW.
Thanks again,
Al

I recently picked up a second hand (but pristine) 9 with the same sheath of Al's. Very nice work indeed but I've been wondering how you carry it as it only has the holes down the one side. How does the TekLok go attaching to the taco style kydex sheath? Will have to try the tucked in the waistband idea next time I am out bush.

Thanks for popping in Al!

The TekLok still attaches I believe but only to one side, so 2 screws instead of 4. I like this sheath for carrying in a pack too, slides in and out no problem.
