I'm pretty stoked, because my new sheath from Nix came in the mail yesterday. Here are some pics:
The sheath is really solid and well-built. The knife is very secure when sheathed, with no wiggling whatsoever. The stitching and the welt are all really well done and clean. The functionality is great. The tinder pouch and firesteel holder are the perfect size and work really well. Nick even put a removable retention strap on it, so I can swap directions if I want, because it will be set up for cross-draw. I really like having the option, so I can play with it to see what I like best. The color is beautiful (the pics don't really do it justice), and the light brass hardware is a great pairing.
DEFINITELY worth the price of admission and then some. Thanks for the great sheath, Nick! I will get a lot of miles out this thing.
