New Pattern Damascus Bowie

Heres a Bowie almost finished (just like puting the gold pins in the handle,and engraving the escutcheon plate) that going to the customer. New pattern Damascus, stainless fitting, engraved and gold inlaid, Mammoth ivory.
The Damascus pattern was developed by Claude Schosseler, a good friend of mine from France, that shared it with me. Hope you like............

Kinda reminds one of Hopi or Zuni art, their crazy geometric stuff from pre-European contact... Some of their blankets have borders almost like that...

While that balde shape is one of my most prefered, I'm really enamoured with that Mammoth Ivory you've used for the handle scales!!! Awesome color!

The guard and ferrule action is good stuff, too! :thumbup:
